Angel City Football Club Teams Up with Yaamava’ Resort & Casino to Empower Inland Empire Youth

Los Angeles’ Angel City Football Club (ACFC) has joined forces with Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel in an official casino partnership. This collaboration transcends a standard sponsorship agreement; it centers on enriching the Inland Empire region of Southern California. In tandem, ACFC and Yaamava’ will organize soccer camps that blend athletic instruction with learning opportunities for youth.

A particular emphasis lies in community engagement. The “Angel City Sponsorship Model” guarantees that each partnership the team establishes results in direct advantages for the Inland Empire. Commencing this year, a neighborhood youth squad will receive VIP privileges at an ACFC match. Furthermore, ACFC’s community instructors will conduct a soccer clinic in San Bernardino for 150 children between the ages of 7 and 14, concentrating on both skill development and personal enrichment. Rikki Tanenbaum, Chief Executive Officer of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, highlighted the common principles shared by the tribe and ACFC, remarking, “ACFC’s dedication to empowering young people and cultivating inclusivity aligns profoundly with our objective to fortify our Southern California communities.”

Jessica Smith, Angel City Football Club’s top revenue executive, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, saying, “This partnership with Yamaha has been highly anticipated, and we’re delighted to have them as a founding partner.” She highlighted the organization’s dedication to impacting Los Angeles and surrounding communities, noting, “Angel City’s goal is to create a meaningful difference throughout Los Angeles and beyond. This collaboration with Yamaha allows us to expand our community engagement initiatives into the Inland Empire, beginning with our distinctive youth programs.”
