A group from Serbia has been granted the opportunity to manage the national lottery in Kyrgyzstan. This alliance, consisting of Elbet d.o.o and Axel Capital, secured the contract following a rigorous bidding procedure initiated in October 2021.
Elbet d.o.o is a reputable tech firm with a proven history in the gaming sector. They furnish software solutions to more than 80 operators globally, including prior involvement with national lotteries. Axel Capital Management contributes financial proficiency to the collaboration, boasting a background of prosperous investments across various international industries.
The Kyrgyz Republic’s Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center supervised the selection process, ultimately opting for the Serbian group based on their expertise and credentials. The PPP Center will now collaborate with the National Lottery Company and the chosen consortium to finalize the contract, setting the stage for the commencement of this new endeavor.
