Esports Entertainment Group joins forces with LA sports franchises

Esports Entertainment Group, a company that facilitates esports betting, has established a new collaboration with AEG, the parent organization of the Los Angeles Kings and LA Galaxy.

Esports Entertainment Group will serve as the official esports tournament organizer for the Los Angeles Kings, a National Hockey League (NHL) team, and the LA Galaxy, a Major League Soccer (MLS) club.

This agreement marks Esports Entertainment Group’s inaugural partnership with teams from both leagues and will see the operator host branded tournaments exclusively on its Esports Gaming League (EGL) platform.

EGL facilitates live and online events and competitions, enabling players to participate and access a range of content related to esports and video games.

“This represents a significant advancement for our tournament platform in the United States and a crucial element of our expanding ‘three-pillar strategy’,” stated Magnus Leppaniemi, Executive Vice President of Esports at Esports Entertainment Group.
